At ZUMI, we aim to deliver your water bottles quickly and efficiently so you can stay hydrated without delay. Below, you’ll find everything you need about how we ship.
Processing Time
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping within Saudi Arabia

Express Shipping (1–3 business days): SAR25
- Free Shipping for orders above 500 SAR
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that international customers are responsible for customs fees or import duties.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

Delayed Shipping: Please allow a few extra days. If it's still missing, contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
