Return Policy – ZUMI Thermo Bottles
At ZUMI, we stand behind the quality of our water bottles and want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 10 days from the delivery date to return your water bottle for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [support email] with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item).
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
